Code of Condute and Personal Data Processing Policy
FERROLMARINHA – Comércio de Acessórios Industriais, Lda, henceforth FERROLMARINHA, is committed to protecting the privacy of all holders of personal data processed in the course of their professional activity, hereinafter simply data holders, and to this end have prepared this information.
FERROLMARINHA undertakes to process information on data subjects in a transparent manner and in strict respect of privacy, as well as fundamental rights, freedoms and guarantees.
FERROLMARINHA ensures the treatment of information concerning data holders in a lawful manner and with respect for the principle of good faith and its collection solely and exclusively for the specific, explicit and legitimate purposes and does not carry out any further processing in a manner incompatible with those purposes.
FERROLMARINHA ensures the application of all measures defined for the protection of the information concerning data holders against destruction, accidental or unlawful, accidental loss, unauthorized alteration, dissemination or access and against any other form of illicit treatment.
Personal data are kept for the fulfillment of legal obligations, in particular with the supervisory, tax and judicial or judicial authorities, for the legal period applicable at any moment for each legal and legal obligation to be fulfilled or until the prescription or lapse for the exercise of the right.
The data holder is guaranteed at any time the right of access to his / her personal data, as well as its rectification, portability, limitation and / or opposition to the treatment, in this sense, the data subject may exercise any of these rights by directing in writing to FERROLMARINHA through the headquarters address or through the following e-mail geral@ferrolmarinha.pt.
The holder of the personal data has the right to obtain, from the person responsible for its processing, the deletion of his / her personal data, which in turn will be obliged to delete them, whenever one of the following reasons applies: (i) the data are no longer necessary for the purpose for which they were collected or processed; (ii) the data subject withdraws consent, where consent is the legal basis or the holder opposes treatment and there are no prevailing legitimate interests justifying their maintenance.
